Team Members

Leslie Hamm
President and Advanced QuickBooks Certified Professional Advisor for the past 7 years. Leslie is the managing member of the team and the jack of all trades. She oversees the team and maintains several clients on a regular basis. Leslie also teaches part-time at Wake Tech, provides demos at the Apple Store in Crabtree Valley Mall, speaks for local chambers and business meetings in Wake County. She serves clients in Wake, Johnston. Durham and Lee counties.

Susan
Susan is our Senior Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor and Bookkeeping Services Team Leader. Susan has been with our team since 2000. She graduated from UNC Wilmington and spent several years working with CPA firms before she joined Alpha Accounting. She works with many industries including: construction, distributors., medical, advertising, trucking, interior design, nonprofits and real estate clients. Susan serves Durham as well as northwest Raleigh .

Jean
Jean is an Advanced Quickbooks Certified Professional Advisor and Consulting Services Team Leader. She is our special projects team member, joining the team in 2005. She has a software implementer background and can take a large, overwhelming project and see it through to a calm and organized solution. She serves where ever the project requires, she lives in Garner.

Kelly
Kelly is a QuickBooks Certified Professional Advisor and certified in QuickBooks POS. She joined our team in 2007 after having her own QuickBooks consulting firm in Florida for several years. A native of Raleigh she is working with clients in the nonprofit arena, as well as advertising, medical, professional services, and manufacturing. She works with clients using both a PC and Mac.

Christy
Christy is a Certified Bookkeeper and Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor. Christy is very thorough and has hit the ground running since joining our team in 2005. She works with medical, professional and personal services clients as well as homeowner associations. She serves central and north Raleigh .

T
T is our bookkeeping/ marketing team member. Yes, that is her name not T or the letter T, just T. She joins the team as a Certified QuickBooks Advisor after doing QuickBooks consulting for a variety of small businesses in the Triangle for the past 5 years. She has experience in a variety of industries including Networking and Software implementation and software training, as well as Operations manager for one of our favorite old clients during the dot com era. She is a graduate of NCSU and serves clients in Downtown and North Raleigh.

Eliza
Eliza is a relocated QuickBooks Guru from Massachusetts. With a wealth of experience, she joined the team early in 2005 and is serving retail clients in Northern Wake County.

Terri
Terri is our office manager/bookkeeper. She keeps the office in order as well as help clients with their bookkeeping needs. She has experience with retail, hotel, and real estate businesses. She has a great deal of small business savvy since she has been a small business owner herself. A transplant from Virginia now lives in North Raleigh with her husband.

Carol
Carol has years of experience in accounting coming from a public accounting background. She is excited with all the aspects of accounting and works with a variety of businesses, including nonprofits. She lives in Wake Forest with her family and two beautiful rottweilers. Go Pack.
